Mr. Andrea Moor
MR. ANDREA MOOR IS THE FOUNDER AND CEO OF HARRIS MOOR FINANCE LTD. HE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE OVERALL SUCCESS OF THE BUSINESS AND PROVIDES SOLID LEADERSHIP TO ENSURE THE BEST DECISIONS ARE MADE AND GOALS ARE MET.
HE HAS OVER 20 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN THE INTERNATIONAL BANKING SECTOR AS WELL AS CROSS-FUNCTIONAL EXPERTISE IN PRIVATE BANKING FROM JULIUS BAER.
HE HOLDS AN EXECUTIVE MBA FROM THE UNIVERSITY OF APPLIED SCIENCES, IN LUGANO, SWITZERLAND. IN ADDITION, HE IS CERTIFIED AS BOTH AN AZEK INTERNATIONAL WEALTH MANAGER CIWM® AND AN AZEK INTERNATIONAL INVESTMENT ANALYST®. HE IS RECOGNIZED BY THE SWISS ASSOCIATION OF WEALTH MANAGERS (SAM) AS QUALIFIED INDEPENDENT WEALTH MANAGER.
WITH HIS KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE, HE HAS ALL THE TOOLS REQUIRED TO WORK IN AN UNBIASED WAY AND WITH THE HIGHEST ETHICAL STANDARDS.
MR. ANDREA MOOR IS UNIQUE AMONG FAMILY FINANCIAL ADVISORS. AS A SWISS AIRFORCE PILOT CANDIDATE, HE UNDERWENT AVIATION TRAINING, WHICH TAUGHT HIM ADAPTABILITY TO WORK IN AN EVER-CHANGING WORLD WHERE NOTHING IS LEFT TO CHANCE. Mrs. Frieda Moor
Mrs. Frieda Moor is the Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Marketing Officer at Harris Moor Finance Ltd. She has more than 10 years of professional marketing experience in international companies both in Switzerland and in Europe.
She holds a Master of Arts degree in Global Marketing Communication and Advertising from Emerson College in Boston (USA), later specializing in Digital Business Strategy at MIT Sloan School of Management (Boston, USA) and holds a certification in project management.
Mrs. Frieda Moor not only promotes the company’s brand by representing the core values and strong ethical and professional standards on which the company is based on, but is also responsible for overseeing the company’s internal administrative operations.
As a working mother, she has developed new skills when it comes to dutifully managing her task lists. She is a great observer, an excellent planner and an even better doer and is not afraid of trying something new.
JUNIOR COMPLIANCE, RISK & WEALTH MANAGER
Mr. Luca Citella
Mr. Luca Citella is the Junior Compliance, Risk and Wealth Manager at Harris Moor Finance. He holds a Master of Science in Finance from the University of Lausanne (HEC), which awarded him the HEC Faculty Award for his academic achievements.
He also participated in the Swiss final of the CFA Institute Research Challenge organized by CFA Switzerland in 2021.
Mr. Luca Citella possesses excellent analytical and mathematical skills and a great ability to explain complex situations through numbers.
Thanks to his knowledge and his willingness to learn and grow, he holds all the tools necessary to support and accompany clients through a state-of-the-art asset management service.
Mr. Luca Citella strives for perfection and has high standards for himself and the work he produces. He enjoys working in teams and sharing experiences to grow and improve both professionally and personally.
